May Day Murder Mystery @ St. Marys Church Hall, St Mary’s Churchyard, Hitchin Street
May 4 @ 7:30 pm

Baldock Town Twinning Association presents a Murder Mystery

‘May Day Murder’

This year’s play has been written by one of our own members of Baldock Town Twinning.

In recognition of the centenary of the end of the Great War, this play is a tribute to those who had to rebuild life in Hertfordshire after the war.

Set in a North Herts town in 1919…….could it be Baldock? The trauma of rebuilding their lives presents numerous problems resulting in a murder within the family of the local gentry.

As usual Dinner will be served during the interval, but please bring along your own nibbles for the evening.

The ticket price covers your entry fee, a hot supper plus, of course, dessert, a reasonably priced bar (no BYO, please) as well as the Murder Mystery entertainment and a raffle.

Come and join us for an evening of nourishment and entertainment written by one of our own.

Traditional Home Cooked Buffet night @ The Lancer, 14C High St, Baldock SG7 6AS
May 14 @ 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Two sittings: 6.00pm to 8.00pm and 8.00pm to 10:00pm

Indian food is cooked a little differently at home where there is less of a time restriction opposed to in a restaurant where lots of different dishes need to be produced to a tight time frame.

At home food is usually cooked in a hotpot and left to simmer over an extended period to allow all the juices of the meats and vegetables to remain in the sauce and fuse together to create some great flavours.

On this special night we will be serving these dishes as a buffet so you can try a variety of dishes.

There will be a good selection of vegetarian dishes too.

Book your tickets now and we look forward to seeing you on the night.

As normal get in early to be seated in a group otherwise you could making new friends.
