Ian Jackson, Charles Well’s Master Brewer will talk you through the history of the ale world, tastings beers from both Charles Wells and local independent Brewers that we have worked with over the many years of crafting our distinctive tasty Ales.
The evening will be comprised of tasting a selection of Ales and accompanying nibbles devised by our Head Chef, Dan Jones.

Hosted by Head Chef Dan Jones, this two course supper will be accompanied by a talk on all the dishes and what it takes to create them. You will be given the menu, ingredients list and cookery guideline so they can give it a go at home.
