Another Murder Mystery evening, organised by Baldock Town Twinning Association. Prepare to be entertained, mystified and nourished…yet again. Dinner will be served during the interval, but please bring along your own nibbles for the evening.
This price covers your entry fee, a hot supper plus, of course, dessert, a reasonably priced bar (no BYO, please) as well as the Murder Mystery entertainment. There will also be a raffle.
The maximum number of seats is 90, so do not leave it too late before you get your tickets.
North Hertfordshire’s archaeologist, Keith Fitzpatrick-Matthews, will be looking at what happened to the site of the old town following its abandonment by the Romans, trying to work out where everyone went and why it’s not apparently recorded in Domesday Book. He will look at archaeological evidence, place names and what few documents survive from the period.
