This year’s 11th Baldock Independent Beer Festival will bring live music on Friday evening, all day Saturday and until close at 8.00pm on Sunday. We will have 90 local and national real ales, 40 ciders and a large selection of Continental draught beers and lagers. You will also find a wide range of hot, cold, vegetarian and barbecued food, plenty of sweets, soft drinks, ice cream and free activities including some fun games and challenges to entertain the children during the day. For more information, the band and the beer lists see the website www.baldockbeerfestival.org. Any surplus made during this event will be used to support good causes within the local area (see website for details).
Baldock and Clothall WI are providing a traditional homemade Champagne Afternoon Tea where you will be served tea or coffee, plus a glass of champagne.
Your afternoon tea stand will consist of sandwiches with a variety of fillings, freshly baked scones with jam and clotted cream plus a selection of pastries and cakes.
Tickets are not available to buy on the door so please buy in advance from the Community Centre.
Another Murder Mystery evening, organised by Baldock Town Twinning Association. Prepare to be entertained, mystified and nourished…yet again. Dinner will be served during the interval, but please bring along your own nibbles for the evening.
This price covers your entry fee, a hot supper plus, of course, dessert, a reasonably priced bar (no BYO, please) as well as the Murder Mystery entertainment. There will also be a raffle.
The maximum number of seats is 90, so do not leave it too late before you get your tickets.
