At home food is usually cooked in a hotpot and left to simmer over an extended period to allow all the juices of the meats and vegetables to remain in the sauce and fuse together to create some great flavours.

On this special night we will be serving these dishes as a buffet so you can try a variety of dishes.

There will be a good selection of vegetarian dishes too.

Book your tickets now and we look forward to seeing you on the night.
