Two sittings: 6.00pm to 8.00pm and 8.00pm to 10:00pm
Traditional, Indian food is cooked a little differently at home where there is less of a time restriction opposed to in a restaurant where lots of different dishes need to be produced to a tight time frame.
At home food is usually cooked in a hotpot and left to simmer over an extended period to allow all the juices of the meats and vegetables to remain in the sauce and fuse together to create some great flavours.
On this special night, The Lancer will be serving a variety of meat and vegetarian dishes cooked in this fashion for the two buffet-style sittings.
